Guidés par Gazom Lhamo, ces cours permettent à votre public de s’initier au chant tibétain et aux motifs chorégraphiques qui y sont associés.
L’artiste accompagne un travail vocal profond, révélant des techniques spéciales liées à la maîtrise du souffle et guidant les participants jusqu’au seuil d'un état méditatif où l’espace corporel devient fluide, tandis que s'ouvrent les différents centres énergétiques. Une attention toute particulière est accordée au chakra racine : il s’agit de laisser émerger naturellement la voix, puis le chant.
Le rythme corporel naît spontanément du chant. La voix et le mouvement s’harmonisent. L’unité globale du chant et de la danse répond à celle du Cosmos, dont les vibrations invitent à une découverte primordiale et à une expansion universelle.

Guided by Gazom Lhamo, these courses allow your audience to learn the Tibetan song and the dance patterns associated with it. The artist accompanies a deep voice work, revealing special techniques associated with breath control and guiding participants to the threshold of a meditative state in which the body space becomes fluid , while different energetical centers get opened. Special attention is given to the Root Chakra: it is about letting naturally emerge voice and singing. The body rhythm arises spontaneously from singing. Voice and movement harmonize together. Global unity of song and dance Respond to that of the Cosmos, whose vibrations invite paramount discovery and universal expansion.
